YRJ Education Law

Through SchoolWorks, YRJ attorneys represent children and youth in education proceedings to ensure young people have the tools they need to enroll, attend, excel, and graduate from school. Most of our work centers on establishing special education eligibility, obtaining services, and preventing exclusion from school. Our clients are primarily children in the foster care system. If you are a public defender with questions about education law, visit our request technical assistance page.
