The Juvenile Law Reader is published four times per year.  The reader provides case law updates, resources and articles for juvenile law practitioners, court personnel, child and parent advocates, and others.

The Juvenile Law Resource Center (JLRC) is a program of Youth, Rights & Justice that assists attorneys representing parents in child welfare dependency proceedings throughout Oregon. The JLRC is supported by the Oregon Office of Public Defense Services (OPDS).
